Short film created as part of the training program \u201cWriting Sound for Cinema \u2013 Sound Portraits\u201d<\/strong>, led by sound director Daniel Deshays<\/strong>, during the 21st edition of Valence Sc\u00e9nario \u2013 International Screenwriters Festival<\/strong>. The project explored a different approach to filmmaking: developing a film starting from its sonic material<\/strong>, building the narrative through sound before introducing the images.<\/p>\n The theme proposed for the workshop was fear<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In this sound portrait, Wahid<\/strong> recounts his memories of the Algerian civil war of the 1990s and the attacks that marked this period.
